Hand it off/
Get time back.
You hired people to run the business, and marketing keeps pulling you back in. The point of this engagement is to take it off your desk, run it well, and show you the score once a week.
Three months/
Three jobs.
Days 1 to 30: Audit
I get into your ad accounts, your tracking, your CRM, and every agency contract. By day 30 you know what's working, what's waste, and what the real cost of a customer is.
Days 31 to 60: Reset
Tracking fixed. Targets in writing for every agency and vendor. Budget moved away from what doesn't return.
Days 61 to 90: Plan
A quarterly plan with a budget and a revenue target on every line, signed off by you and owned by me.
Every week/
One page.
Weekly/The score.
One page in your inbox. What you spent, what it produced, and what came back. The bad weeks too.
Monthly/The P&L.
A working session on marketing's line in your P&L. What we keep, what we cut, and what we test next.
Quarterly/The plan.
The next 90 days, with budget and targets reset against what the last 90 taught us.
Machines watch/
I decide.
A single senior marketer can't stare at five ad accounts and a CRM every morning. So I don't. Once your platforms are connected, software agents pull your spend, leads, and bookings each day, check them against the targets we set, and flag anything that drifts.
That changes what you pay for. My hours go to the decisions and the conversations with your agency, not to copying numbers into spreadsheets. When something breaks on a Tuesday, you hear about it on Tuesday, not in next month's report.
Every number that reaches you has been checked by me. The agents do the watching. The judgment, and the accountability, stay with a person.
I've done this before. At Leadhub I led the build of autonomous AI agents that took over routine internal workflows and moved existing team capacity onto higher-value work, and a reporting dashboard that cut tens of thousands of dollars a year in software fees.
Your part/
Is small.
- Admin access to ad accounts, analytics, and your CRM
- Your agency contracts and the last three months of reports
- One hour a month for the P&L review
- A straight answer on what a customer is worth to you
