This site doesn't track you, set advertising cookies or sell anything about you. Here is exactly what I collect and why. Last updated September 27, 2026.
Who I am
AYOTTE Marketing is Dennis Ayotte, doing business as AYOTTE Marketing, in San Antonio, Texas. Questions about this policy go to dennis@ayottemarketing.com.
What I collect
- When you email me: your name, email address and whatever you send, such as an agency report.
- When you book a call: your name, email address, the time you pick and any answers you give on the booking form. Bookings run on Google Calendar.
- When you pay: your name, email, business name, billing address and, if you enter one, your tax ID. Stripe processes the payment. I see the payment method type and the last four digits, never the full card or bank account number.
- When we work together: the business data you give me access to, such as ad accounts, analytics, call tracking and CRM data. I use it only for your work and keep it confidential under our terms.
What this site collects on its own
Almost nothing. There are no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies. The booking rate calculator runs entirely in your browser; the numbers you type never leave your device.
A few outside services load when you visit, and they receive basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from attacks.
- Google Fonts delivers the site's typefaces.
- Google Calendar shows the booking calendar on the book a call page.
- Stripe runs the checkout pages you reach from the pay buttons.
Each follows its own privacy policy. Google and Stripe may set their own cookies on their pages.
How I use it
To reply to you, schedule and hold our calls, deliver the work you bought, bill you, and keep the records tax law requires. I don't use your information for advertising, and I don't add you to a mailing list.
Who I share it with
I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it for advertising. I share it only with the services that help me run the business (Stripe for payments, Google for email and calendar, Cloudflare for hosting), with advisors such as my accountant or attorney when needed, or when the law requires it.
How long I keep it
Payment and billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. Client work data is returned or deleted when our engagement ends, unless you ask me to keep it. Everything else, such as emails and booking details, is deleted when it's no longer needed or when you ask.
Your choices
Email me to see the information I have about you, correct it or have it deleted. I'll respond within 30 days. I may need to keep some records, such as invoices, to meet legal requirements.
Security
I use reputable providers, strong account security on the services that hold your information. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects your information, I'll tell you promptly.
Children
This site and my services are for businesses. They aren't meant for children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll post the new version here with a new date. If a change affects how I use information you've already given me, I'll tell you first.
